Combine Numbers
and Schedule

Track
categories of numbers (ValueSets) such as cost and budget and display
those numbers in columns (ValueSet SmartColumns) and graphs (DataGraphs)
below the schedule or on the schedule.
Graph values separately or together, in any
of the three available DataGraphs. A sample of a DataGraph with two
ValueSets (Budget and Costs to Date) being graphed both monthly and
cumulatively in separate graphs is shown below:
Milestones Professional
offers five types of ways to enter values for use in a graph on your
schedule:

Enter values by time period
(e.g. Costs for January, February, etc.).

Enter values by time period and task (Costs for Task A1 in
Jan, Feb, etc.)

Enter values into columns
(Costs for Task A1, time-phased
over its duration).

Enter values into symbols on the schedule (enter values into symbols
and graph those values in whatever time period the symbol appears).

Total values from other ValueSets (ie, sum
of ValueSets Overhead Costs and Labor Costs).
