Symbol Reports

| Generate reports on data
embedded in symbols, including symbol notes, hyperlinks, symbol target names
and links between symbols (i.e. symbol linking). |

| Generate a report by selecting
Tools | Reports. |

| Each report can be copied to
the clipboard for pasting into another program for printing. |

Symbol Hyperlinks Report
The Symbol Hyperlinks Report displays data on each symbol which has a
hyperlink, including the task row on which the symbol appears, the symbol's
ordinal placement from left to right along the task row, the symbol's date
and the full path to the hyperlinked file. The dialog box above is an
example of a Symbol Hyperlinks Report. |

Symbol to Symbol Links
Report
The Symbol to Symbol Links Report displays data on each symbol which has an
outgoing link to another symbol (used for symbol linking), including the
task row on which the symbol appears, the symbol's ordinal placement from
left to right along the task row, the symbol's date, the name of the symbol
to which it is linking, and the full path to the file containing the named
symbol. |

Symbol Notes
The Symbol Notes Report displays data on each symbol which contains text in
its symbol Notes field, including the task row on which the symbol appears,
the symbol's ordinal placement from left to right along the task row, the
symbol's date, and the text of the symbol Notes. |

Symbol Names
The Symbol Names Report displays data on each symbol which has a target name
(used for symbol linking), including the task row on which the symbol
appears, the symbol's ordinal placement from left to right along the task
row, the symbol's date, the symbol's link target name as found under the
Symbol Links tab. |
